Sriracha Sauce

Fermented hot pepper juice and dried vegetables – garlic, sweet peppers – create the base of this sauce. Delicious with pork and other meat and vegetable dishes. Add it in moderation – it is very spicy!

Ingredients: water, fermented hot pepper juice (30%), sugar, dried vegetable ( sweet pepper (4,7%), garlic (3,5%), hot pepper), alcohol vinegar, salt, pumpkin, sunflower oil, stabilizer – xantan gum, green pepper flavouring.
