Letcho Tomato Sauce

Letcho Tomato Sauce is one of the most popular sauces in Eastern Europe. A combination of tender tomato paste and chopped sweet pepper, onion, carrot and garlic give the extraordinary, sweet and pleasant vegetable taste to the Sauce. The Sauce is best suitable for grilled meat and sausages, steaks and shashlyk. Experienced housewives use it instead of tomato paste to give the dishes a new taste.

Ingredients: water, tomato paste (24,4 %), sugar, dried vegetables (bell pepper, onion, carrot, garlic), salt, modified corn starch, acidity regulator – acetic acid, spices or(and) spice extracts.
