Mango Spicy Sauce

A brightly coloured sauce with an exceptional flavour! Mango blends beautifully with pumpkin, cinnamon and basil. And the fermented Habanero pepper mash adds spice and a slight tang. Recommended to be served with rabbit, fish, turkey dishes.

Ingredients: pumpkin puree (32%), water, sugar, mango puree (10%), alcohol vinegar, corn starch, salt, dried pumpkin, spices (turmeric, basil, cinnamon), fermented pepper wort Habanero (0,015%), mango flavour, cloves and black pepper extracts.
