Cabbage Soup (Soup Base)

Cabbage Soup (soup base) help to create a truly unique taste of this authentic, purely Ukrainian dish. It includes selected vegetables – cabbage, potatoes, sweet pepper, carrots, onions and aromatic spices! Add potatoes to 1.5 liters of ready-made meat broth and cook until ready. Add soup base, if necessary – salt, pepper, fresh herbs. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. 9 servings of the ready dish from the one jar. Bon appetit!

Ingredients: water, dried vegetables (cabbage, onion, carrot, sweet pepper), sugar, tomato paste, salt, dried potatoes (potatoes, emulsifier E 471, antioxidants E 304, E 223), modified corn starch, sunflower oil, acidity regulator – citric acid, spices (dried parsley, dried dill, black pepper), flavor enhancers – sodium inosinate and guanylate, bay leaf extract.
